The Lancashire Branch of the Campaign to Protect Rural England and its West Lancashire District Group were pleased to learn that the Secretary of State issued two decision notices in January 2016, which dismissed separate appeals by Green Switch Developments and Hive Energy Limited to develop large solar farms in Hoscar and Aughton, West Lancashire.
