Planning training seminar

Monday, 26 June 2017 09:48

CPRE Lancashire will be providing a free planning training seminar on the 10th of October in west Lancashire.

The seminar is open to CPRE members and members of the public who would like to find out more about the current planning system and how to engage with it.

There will be a brief introduction to the planning policies of our charity that works to stop the destruction of England's countryside. We believe the countryside is precious, irreplaceable, and finite - a beautiful asset for us all. We campaign for an improved and fairer planning system that can secure this, while providing the development our country needs.

We will look at how to respond to local plan consultations, and then individual planning applications.

This seminar will take place on 10 October from 10.30am to 12.30pm at Mere Sands Wood Nature Reserve in the heart of agricultural west Lancashire.

The event is completely free and open to the public. We only ask that you register with Eventbrite (by clicking on the button below) so that we can make catering arrangements.

If you are unable to register online or would like further information about the seminar please email our Planning Manager, Jackie Copley, at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
