Greater Manchester Spatial Framework meeting

The Lancashire Branch of the Campaign to Protect Rural England (CPRE) held a well-attended public meeting to discuss the CPRE response and key issues to the Greater Manchester Spatial Framework on the 7 December 2016 in Manchester.
