CPRE Lancashire comments on the draft East Lancashire Highways and Transport Masterplan which will affect Burnley, Hyndburn, Pendle, Rossendale and the Ribble Valley.

The Campaign to Protect Rural England’s Lancashire Branch has objected to the application for planning permission (08/10/0973) to extend the period of time for the testing of hydrocarbons in the drilled exploratory borehole and restoration of the site by a further 18 months until 28 March 2014.
