Celebrate with us during Love Your Countryside Month!

You’re invited to join us to mark our 100th anniversary during

‘Love Your Countryside Month’!

We are holding a FREE celebratory centenary event on:

Saturday 19th September

at

Ainsdale Discovery Centre

Ainsdale

PR8 2QB

As it’s also ‘Talk Like A Pirate Day’ and all little ones are encouraged to dress as a pirate to win a prize!

We will have a guided walking group setting off from Formby Railway Station at 1pm.

And a guided cycling group setting off from Hightown Railway Station also at 1pm.

There is also car parking on the beach (charges apply) – dogs welcome!

We will have some special VIP guests and will be unveiling a commemorative information board of all our region has achieved in protecting the countryside over the past 100 years.

Tea and cake will be served at 2.30pm but please book places online so we can cater for you!
